Alchemy Flo Pilates offers small group classes & privates. We work on pilates apparatus which include; Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel & Mat. These sessions are designed to build strength, alignment and mindful movement. Each class is specially tailored to your needs.
In addition to Pilates, Alchemy Flo offers sound healing and sound baths to support nervous system regulation, recovery and mind-body connection. These sessions use therapeutic sound frequencies to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance.
